AUG 19-20         Appalachian Heritage Weekend

OCT 1                 Smokey Bear / Fire Prevention Day

Come visit Smokey and Sparky!  Meet real firemen and explore their fire trucks!  FUN FUN FUN!!!  It will be a great day in the park!  Many activities planned.

OCT 7-8             Halloween Camp Out

Plan to spend the weekend at Shawnee State Park Campground!  Hayrides ~ Pumpkin carving/decorating contests!  Campsite Decorating Contest!  TRICK-OR-TREAT!  And much more!  Reserve your campsite now!

OCT 14-15          Fall Hike

Join Jenny Richards for the Annual Fall Hike!  This is a great weekend to explore and learn about Shawnee State Park!  Be sure to join the Friends of Shawnee State Park for a Beans & Cornbread Dinner!
